Responsibilities
Change Management
- Manage and coordinate change requests (Change Control).
- Evaluate the impact of changes on quality, compliance, production, timelines, and costs.
- Ensure changes are planned, approved, executed, and formally closed in accordance with internal procedures.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the main liaison between Production, Quality, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
- Organize and facilitate meetings to align all stakeholders.
- Communicate change status, risks, and timelines clearly to all relevant teams.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, validation records, and BOMs.
- Support internal and external audits related to change or labeling processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in change management or production support within a regulated environment.
- Strong ability to analyze technical and product‑related changes and understand their process and compliance impact.
- Experience managing documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, validation records, and BOMs. xpzdshu
