The job As a Team Leader, you will represent the employer and be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals. Your role is to monitor the team’s performance, coach and mentor junior colleagues, and ensure a positive and productive working environment. You will help your team members grow, while also maintaining your own quota and ensuring excellent service for clients. Your daily work will include tasks like these: Leading a team of customer service professionals to meet and exceed targets Coaching, mentoring, and training team members to develop their skills and reach their full potential Taking ownership of inbound leads and converting prospects into long-term customers Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted advisor Driving customer service excellence and setting the standard for the team Solving problems and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs Collaborating with other departments to improve processes and client experience Creating a supportive and motivating team environment We offer Base salary of €22,000 gross/year up to €3,000 gross/year in bonus Private medical insurance Full-time 39h/week Spanish contract: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 Fully paid training for the company and the products you will be working on A modern, centrally placed office in Barcelona Your qualifications You are bilingual or proficient in Italian plus Spanish, and fluent in English. You have extensive customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
