- Contact property owners who have shown interest, visit and evaluate properties for sale.
- Use creativity and drive to find both sellers and properties for sale.
- Prepare listing agreements and build long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Have worked as a Listing Agent in Costa del Sol before.
- Be a driven listing agent who loves to do business.
- Show initiative, work independently, and provide creative solutions.
- Focus on the customer and foster collaboration with colleagues, other offices, and partners; have good organizing skills and be adept at building relationships.
- Hold a driver's license and own a car; speak fluent Spanish and English.
- Local knowledge of the area between Malaga and Estepona is a bonus.
- Skilled photographer is a plus.
