Job Summary :
We seek a talented Marketing Specialist to support our Marketing Manager in executing strategic initiatives across various channels. The role involves digital marketing, lead acquisition, content creation, CRM management, analytics, media PR, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
* Manage Graitec's social media platforms (local Facebook and LinkedIn).
* Oversee local websites, including translations from English to French.
* Collaborate on website development and maintenance with the Marketing Manager and corporate team.
* Promote digital initiatives and foster a digital culture within the organization.
* Coordinate webinars with the sales team: create pages, update content, post blogs, and share Customer Success Stories.
* Localize lead acquisition campaigns to meet corporate and audience needs.
* Assist in deploying an Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy for long-term lead generation.
* Prepare, translate, and send newsletters.
* Monitor marketing and sales metrics to optimize performance and conversion rates.
What You Must Have Already Done :
* Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience.
* 3 to 5 years of marketing experience.
* Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
* Experience with Wordpress CMS.
* Significant experience managing content websites.
* Experience in digital lead acquisition: SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, retargeting, social activations.
* Experience with marketing automation tools such as Dynamics/Salesforce, Hubspot CRM.
* Experience collaborating with sales teams.
Nice to Have :
* Knowledge of subscription businesses and software companies.
