This role involves inspecting Finished Goods, conducting In-process line inspections, managing non-conformities and complaints, and ensuring compliance with certifying bodies' standards.Job Scope:
InvestigationInspectionSamplingSpot and line clearance checkingDocumentation and reportingSAP transactionsDuties & Responsibilities:
Verify calibration of measuring devices in Production, QC, and R&D Labs.Conduct spot checks and verify In-process and line inspections across manufacturing areas.Inspect finished products using Military sampling schemes and check outbound deliveries.Approve product labels for mass production based on pre-approved controls.Sample packaging materials and finished goods for quality verification.Review Batch Production Records and Packaging Direction Records for final approval.Investigate product/customer complaints and non-conformities, submitting reports for review.Ensure timely release of Finished Goods in SAP and maintain records post-release.Prepare documents for external audits and lead mock recall exercises.Supervise product repacking, evaluate returned goods, and assist in packaging material testing.Conduct microbial swabbing and other assigned functions.For RRLC, conduct quarterly packaging material supplier accreditation.For BMC, ensure compliance with HALAL policies and assist in product and supplier accreditation processes.QualificationsEducation:
Graduate of B.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related sciences.Experience:
At least 3 years in an analytical laboratory setting.Skills/Competencies:
Responsible, hardworking, honest, knowledgeable in product inspection and complaint management, technically proficient with materials and products, result-oriented, flexible, and computer-literate.Additional Information:
