Opportunity
The FAAS teams provide financial accounting and advisory services across industries using the latest tools and technologies. In GDS FAAS, you will ensure the timely and quality delivery of services, working closely with senior and onshore teams.
Your key responsibilities
* Understanding IFRS, GAAP conversions, and assurance concepts
* Implementing accounting standards and drafting policies
* Technical accounting research and advice
* Supporting consolidation, financial close, and transaction accounting (IPOs, Carve Outs, PPA)
* Managing accounting changes like revenue recognition and lease accounting
Skills and attributes
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Team-oriented, multitasking, flexible, and able to work under pressure
* Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement
Qualifications
* University degree with knowledge of financial accounting and advisory concepts
* Over 3 years of relevant experience
* Qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, ICAC approval, registered with ROAC)
* Proficiency in English (B2) and French (B2)
