Role Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong 3D design capabilities to support the creation of financial awards and related products. This role requires a blend of graphic design and 3D rendering skills, with an emphasis on translating concepts into high-quality visual designs.
Responsibilities
* Create graphic and 3D design concepts for financial awards and recognition products
* Develop visual assets using Adobe Illustrator/Figma
* Produce 3D renderings and product visualizations
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate ideas into design outputs
* Adapt to and learn internal 3D software (Strata 3D)
* Support product design-related tasks as needed
Requirements
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory)
* Experience with 3D design / 3D rendering software (any major tool acceptable, like Blender or Cinema 4D (C4D), Strata 3D)
* Ability to combine graphic design and 3D design skills
* Solid design fundamentals and attention to detail
* Good English communication skills
* Willingness xohynlm to learn new tools (e.g., Strata 3D)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in product design
* Experience working on corporate or client-facing design projects
* Familiarity with niche or specialized design industries
Working Hours & Collaboration
* Full-time role
* Must have significant overlap with UK working hours during onboarding (first 4–6 weeks)
* Long-term schedule can be more flexible after training
