NEP is currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team working out of our Melbourne office!
The positionThe Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration and financial management of projects with a focus on client relations.
The role will work primarily business hours Monday to Friday but may require some after hours and weekend work.Key Responsibilities- Build/maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain high standards in delivery, adhering to budget.
- Work with the Technical Manager to develop all necessary documentation for projects.
- Coordinate with internal crewing and facilities staff to ensure correct resources are allocated.
- Ensure crew are informed on project requirements, travel, and other related information in advance of the project commencement.
- Organise/attend production and technical meetings as required.
- Focus on NEP's WHS requirements and provide correct documentation/procedures from client/venue.
- Collate information post each project (reports, error reports) and process correctly.
- Cost Management: manage jobs to budget and seek approval for any budget overages.
- Quote and invoice jobs to clients.
- Attend training and development courses as required.Required skills and attributes- Exceptional customer service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of all Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent time and task management.
- Strong attention to detail.
