We are looking for a dynamic and people-centered professional to join our team as a People Specialist. In this dual-role position (Talent Acquisition & Talent Development), you will play a key part in attracting top talent and fostering a culture of continuous growth and development across the South Western Region (Spain & Portugal).
You will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes and designing impactful learning programs, while also collaborating closely with the Global Talent Acquisition and Global Talent Development teams to ensure consistency, innovation, and alignment across regions.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition

o Lead full-cycle recruitment processes: job briefing, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
o Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
o Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey
o Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular reports on hiring metrics.
o Foster diverse and inclusive hiring practices.
Learning & Development
*
o Identify learning and development needs through collaboration with team leads and performance data.
o Implement, and evaluate training programs (both online and in-person).
o Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
o Manage relationships with external training providers and platforms.
o Track and analyze learning outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
o Support and implement the regional roll-out of the performance management model, including communication, training, and change management.
o Promote a culture of learning and career growth.
Requirements
*
o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
o Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Learning & Development; ideally both.
o Strong interviewing and sourcing skills, with knowledge of current recruitment tools and platforms.
o Experience designing and delivering learning programs and workshops.
o Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
o Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
o Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Catalan or Spanish) are a plus.
