Oversee the full tendering process for EU-funded projects and public procurement bids, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
Identify, track, and analyze new tender opportunities published on TED and other procurement platforms, and prepare summary of potential bids for evaluation.
Maintain detailed records of tender submissions, awarded contracts, and project status updates.
Monitor and track the expiration of legal and administrative certifications, coordinating timely renewals or updates.
Verify that all submitted documents comply with the formal specifications outlined in tender guidelines.
Coordinating with legal and finance department for the signatures of the administrative documents
Conducted extensive global tender research using platforms such as eTenders, GlobalTenders, the EU Funding & Tenders Portal, and TED Europa to identify business opportunities across Europe.
Proficient in reviewing and editing contract references and CVs as per tender requirements.
Strong understanding of key concepts and terminology related to Framework Contracts (FWC) and tendering procedures.
Knowledge of legal and administrative certifications required in tenders.
Experienced in analyzing tender documents, preparing bid responses, and ensuring compliance with framework agreement terms and conditions.
Well-versed in the legal and financial aspects of public and private sector procurement, applying best practices to enhance bid success in competitive tendering environments.
Skilled in registering on tender submission portals and managing online bid submissions effectively.
