The Market Supply Planner will have two main responsibilities : first, to ensure the best possible service level in the Food category, and second, to implement new tools for the Unilever Spain Planning team.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Market Supply Planner :
* Ensure service level, responsible for mitigating and communicating stock-out risks.
* Responsible for the weekly planning of the local Repacking plan.
* Manage inventory optimally, with a special focus on avoiding the generation of obsolete stock.
* Interact and lead autonomously with key stakeholders such as demand planning, factories, external hub, trade marketing, and sales.
* Act as Project Manager for the implementation and adoption of the tools.
* Lead the adoption of tools with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applied to demand planning.
* High knowledge in demand planning is not required, but strong self-leadership is essential.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
* English is essential. You will work daily with English-speaking individuals.
* Experience in inventory management and demand planning.
* Leadership skills and ability to work autonomously.
* High capacity for change management and adoption.
* Experience in project management.
* Knowledge in SAP, Kinaxis (Rapid Response), Excel.
* Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning tools.
