RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee the order-to-cash process with planning & customer service teams worldwide, ensuring standards are met.
* Lead order-to-cash digitalization initiatives, providing teams with the right tools and processes.
* Serve as a key user and process lead in OTC systems, ensuring proper training.
* Control order processing efficiency, adhering to OTC rules and guidelines.
* Participate in customer service activities like SOX controls, revenue recognition, and data governance.
* Ensure proper backup within the team.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Business acumen with understanding of consumer and customer needs.
* Independent work capability, accountability, and confidence.
* Effective within a matrix organization and fast-changing environment.
* Strong administrative, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
* Ability to handle large data sets and manage stakeholder expectations.
* Collaborative mindset across diverse, global teams.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years in customer service, preferably in FMCG.
* Key user in SAP SD, involved in SAP deployment preferred.
* Expertise in Excel, MS Office, project management tools.
* Experience with automated order management and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
* Power BI dashboard experience is a strong advantage.
