Requirements
* 10+ years of professional experience (a technical assessment will be required)
* Proven track record of managing teams and projects effectively
* Ability to create clean, modern, testable, well‑documented code
* Advanced English fluency, verbal and written
* Professional, empathic, team‑oriented attitude
