The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity that will help you develop your professional skills while gaining a comprehensive overview of our business, products, and category innovations. You will experience different functions, teams, and brands within our Marketing department, understanding how they interact and collaborate with the rest of the company. The main mission of the role, reporting to the Carolina Herrera Brand Manager, is to support the development and execution of marketing plans and key initiatives for the brand, aligned with the local adaptation of the international vision.
The position will be part of a one-year development program within our Marketing division. During this time, you will work on various assignments, face new challenges, and contribute value to our business from the outset. This role is ideal for a marketer with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, capable of managing projects and stakeholder engagement, while collaborating with a cross-functional team, external agencies, and one of the company's flagship brands, Carolina Herrera.
What you'll get to do
* Support the marketing plans for the assigned brands.
* Ensure proper communication and alignment between subsidiaries and brands to maximize brand expression.
* Monitor KPIs to ensure business objectives are met.
* Assist in the implementation of a comprehensive 360-degree brand strategy across channels, including communication, trade & promotional plans, and point-of-sale visibility, following global brand guidelines.
* Support the development of promotional plans for your assigned brands, including proposing specific local actions.
* Manage all aspects of promotional material production and distribution.
* Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to support digital brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand image deployment according to global guidelines.
* Analyze market conditions, monitor competitor activities, and identify trends and opportunities to enhance performance.
We'd love to meet you if you have
* At least 1 year of experience in operational marketing support roles.
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field, completed within the last three years.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
* No previous contracts under "Contrato de Prácticas" or the 420 modality in Spain.
