It is a newly created role and there is considerable focus for the appointed individual to make a huge impact across the business.
We are looking for a detail-driven and collaborative Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist to support the day-to-day administration, analysis, and delivery of the total rewards programmes across the European locations. In this role, you will be the operational engine behind the compensation and benefits processes, maintaining data accuracy, supporting annual pay cycles, administering benefits schemes, and ensuring the reward practices are consistent, compliant, and aligned with market standards.
