German-Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager

Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)

Description

Join a dynamic digital marketing team in vibrant Barcelona and work on an exciting project with Digital Marketing Ads a gamechanging tool helping businesses grow through highperformance online advertising.

This role is ideal for professionals who can navigate the complexities of the German market, successfully onboard highpotential companies, and support them throughout their early product adoption journey. You will build strong client relationships, drive campaign performance, minimize churn, and identify opportunities for growth and advocacy.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor while onboarding a portfolio of new clients and developing highperforming PPC campaigns.

Make outbound calls to promote and sell digital marketing services.

Understand customer objectives and propose tailored solutions.

Set up strategic, resultsdriven campaigns designed for both shortterm impact and sustainable longterm performance.

Increase advertising spend and identify upsell opportunities.

Create, maintain, and update customer data with complete and accurate information.

Manage a high volume of potential clients daily via phone.

Requirements

BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) or equivalent professional experience.

Nativelevel (C2) German and strong English proficiency.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in clientfacing, highstakes environments.

Ability to work independently and deliver impactful results consistently.

Strong experience in managing customer relationships and optimizing CRM processes.

Comfortable integrating AI tools into daily workflows and leveraging insights for personalized outreach.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts persuasively.

Goaldriven, proactive, and collaborative.

Strong presentation skills, written and verbal.

Solid business acumen and market trend analysis capabilities.

Skilled in competitor research and strategic positioning.

Customerfocused, committed to providing highquality experiences.

Specialized Skills for the German Market

Clear understanding of German business culture and regional nuances.

Understanding of the German digital marketing ecosystem and how to position Google Ads effectively within it.

Benefits

Fulltime (39h/week), hybrid role based in Barcelona.

Annual salary: 24,310 + up to 4,290 yearly performance bonus.

Referral bonus program (up to 2,000 depending on language/project).
