**RESPONSABILITIES**:
Industrial Maintenance Service Management:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the industrial maintenance team, ensuring that efficiency and quality objectives are met.
- Collaborate with the supplier to execute the service effectively, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Foster a safe and collaborative work environment.
Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and manage the annual maintenance plan in collaboration with the maintenance provider.
- Coordinate and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as procurement of necessary equipment and materials.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and report any incidents or potential risks.
- Promote a culture of safety and sustainability within the service and throughout the plant.
Supplier and Contractor Relations:
- Coordinate with the subcontracted supplier to ensure the availability of supplies and maintenance services.
- Maintain effective communication with the supplier to resolve any problems or issues that may arise.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including diagnostics, repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Generate periodic reports on equipment status for management and other stakeholders.
Sustainability Project Management:
- Lead the implementation of sustainability projects to improve energy efficiency and reduce the environmental impact of operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for improvement in sustainable practices.
- Monitor and report on the progress of sustainability projects, ensuring that established goals are met and stay within budget.
**SKILLS**:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of project management and sustainability practices.
- Skills in leadership and management of subcontracted teams.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
