Who We Are

At Love Brand Group we build branded communities and social-proof campaigns for major FMCG, healthcare and retail brands across Europe.

This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented and eager to understand how multi-market digital campaigns are actually managed behind the scenes.

What You'll Actually Do

As a Client Account Manager, you will oversee end‐to‐end client projects, ensuring outstanding delivery, smooth communication, and strategic coordination across markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining strong client relationshipsUnderstanding client needs and translating them into actionable project plansSetting project timelines and ensuring deadlines are metPreparing briefs, campaign documentation, and status updatesReviewing content and campaign materials prior to launchEnsuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standardsMonitoring performance of ongoing deliverablesOverseeing community communication flowsCoordinating content localization across different marketsLeading internal teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring clarity and alignmentProviding proactive solutions when challenges arise

This role is for someone who:

Notices small inaccuracies and fixes them before they escalateThrives in structured, well‐organized environmentsTakes ownership and drives projects forwardCommunicates clearly and confidently with both clients and team members

What We're Looking For

Strong English + Italian writing and communication skillsProven experience in account management or digital project coordinationExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple markets and stakeholdersComfortable working fully remotelyCuriosity for digital marketing, community building, and brand strategyA proactive, problem‐solving mindset
