We actively support and invest in social discovery startups worldwide through our CVC fund.
We are looking for a Portfolio Manager to join Social Discovery Ventures. Social Discovery Ventures (SDV) is a global investment management company. SDV has invested in 27 Venture Capital and 5 private equity funds, including NEA, Khosla Ventures, and DCM, fostering a thriving ecosystem of innovation and growth.
Your main tasks will be :
* Manage the portfolio of VC and PE funds investments;
* Build strategic relationships with portfolio funds. Investigate arising issues;
* Oversee new funds investments. Manage due diligence and deal-closing processes;
* Present potential deals to the Investment Committee;
* Track the quarterly performance of the portfolio VC / PE funds.
We expect from you :
* 3+ years of relevant experience in VC, PE funds;
* Familiar with VC funds structure;
* Market research and sizing skills;
* Analytical thinking;
* Deal negotiation skills and experience.
