Your work will directly impact real client use cases, helping us turn AI into a core engine of innovation.You will:- Design and develop Generative AI models and solutions using Python- Work with modern LLM frameworks such as LangChain, RAG architectures, and related AI orchestration tools- Improve model performance through evaluation, testing, and continuous optimization- Build and maintain monitoring and observability systems for production AI solutions- Work with AI agents and autonomous workflows- Collaborate with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure- Translate business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions- You will also be fully integrated into our technical team culture, where collaboration, learning, and innovation are key priorities.RequirementsWe are looking for someone with:- Around 3–6 years of professional experience in software engineering or data/AI-related roles- Hands-on experience in real Generative AI projects- Strong Python programming skills- Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and related techniques- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, RAG systems, or RLHF concepts- Experience evaluating and improving LLM-based systems- Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and production AI system stability- Experience working with AI agents or agent-based architectures- Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
