About the role :
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to oversee acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns across paid and non-paid channels, and collaborate with Product on conversion funnel optimization.
This role focuses primarily on growing Dribbble's marketplace for services, a rapidly expanding part of our business.
Success requires rigorous prioritization, effective communication, and rapid execution. Despite finite resources, our talented team manages tens of millions of users and over 100M visitors annually, offering a growth marketer significant impact.
You will be an individual contributor reporting directly to Dribbble's CEO.
Responsibilities :
1. Execute full-funnel acquisition campaigns across paid (Search and Social) and non-paid (Email) channels.
2. Utilize Dribbble's advertising and merchandising features to enhance website conversion.
3. Partner with Product to optimize conversion funnels for various offerings.
4. Collaborate with Sales to improve sales-assisted offerings.
5. Promote user adoption of new features with Product.
6. Bring 5-7 years of growth marketing experience, preferably in early-stage, product-led tech companies.
7. Have hands-on experience with performance marketing campaigns, especially Paid Search.
8. Be organized, analytical, and proficient with SQL, Google Analytics, and ChatGPT or similar tools.
9. Experience working with Product teams and using no-code website builders like Webflow or Framer is a plus.
10. Be resourceful, independent, and committed to high-quality work.
11. Maintain a positive, humorous, humble, and approachable attitude.
