Join Amaris Consulting, where you can develop your potential and make a difference within the company. /ppbr/ppbWHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ /b /pp •b 5+ years of experience in cloud service delivery or IT service management /b /pp • Proven track record managing enterprise-scale cloud services and SLAs /pp • bDeep knowledge of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), /b governance and BAU service delivery /pp • Hands-on experience with incident, problem and change management processes /pp • Proficiency in service performance monitoring and reporting (e.g., Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Grafana, Power BI) /pp • Familiarity with cost optimization and FinOps principles /pp • Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance and risk management frameworks (ISO 27001, ISO 20000, COBIT, ITIL) /pp • Excellent communication, organizational and stakeholder-management skills /pp • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent experience /pp •b Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus /b /pp • Optional certifications: ITIL v4, PMP, FinOps Certified Practitioner or equivalent /pp • Experience in multi-cloud hybrid environments and exposure to agile/DevOps practices is a plus /ppbr/ppb WHAT WILL YOU DO? /b /pp • Lead and coordinate day-to-day cloud operations, acting as the central point of contact for internal teams and external vendors /pp • Ensure cloud services meet agreed SLAs, compliance standards and performance targets /pp • Oversee incident, problem and change management lifecycles, driving timely resolution and root-cause analysis /pp • Monitor service performance and availability, generate reports and recommend improvements /pp • Implement cost-control and FinOps practices to optimize cloud spend /pp • Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity and platform teams to maintain high availability and resilience /pp • Manage relationships with third-party service providers and SAP support partners /pp • Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools and automation in ServiceNow, Jira Service Management and related platforms /ppbr/ppb /p /b
