We are looking for an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to serve as the primary HR contact for all HR topics within a defined network of our Delivery Stations. You will support station management and all colleagues with professional HR expertise, answering questions with empathy and flexibility.
Key responsibilities
* Work closely with managers in your area to support and enable their management duties.
* Ensure the seamless execution of all operational personnel processes at the sites in the region.
* Establish effective working relationships with employees at all levels, especially through regular presence at the locations.
* Organise and implement HR projects in cooperation with operational areas.
* Resolve complex employee concerns, including complaints and disciplinary matters.
* Analyse data and prepare reports on key figures, implementing policy changes.
About the team
Amazon Logistics (AMZL), in collaboration with external sales companies, handles last‑mile delivery tasks. We use creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver millions of products to customers, supporting concepts such as Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, and Amazon Restaurants.

Basic Qualifications
* Knowledge of local labour law.
* Experience in HR within an international, fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment.
* Experience in a call centre, distribution centre, or manufacturing environment.
* Experience supporting hourly employee clients.
* Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
* Experience in HR with companies supporting 250–500 or more associates.
* Experience managing and leading employees.
