Location: Europe (to be determined) – frequent travel to Benahavís brDepartment: International Sales Marketing brReports to: CEO, Sales Director brPosition Summary: brThe International Sales PR Executive will be responsible for the marketing and sale of villas and plots at La Zagaleta across the main European markets, with a strong focus on high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI). brThe role's mission is to develop and maintain strategic relationships with agents, family offices, private bankers, investment funds, and end clients, driving sales within an extremely exclusive segment. brThis position requires an exceptional combination of commercial sophistication, a high-level professional network, operational independence, and measurable results. brThe ideal candidate will be capable of creating their own business agenda, operating autonomously, and representing the values of discretion, excellence, and prestige associated with La Zagaleta. Key Responsibilities: brDevelop and implement an active commercial strategy in the main European markets (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, Nordic countries, France, etc.). brIdentify and cultivate relationships with potential buyers, intermediaries, and high-level influencers (private banking, family offices, investment firms, boutique law firms, wealth advisors). brManage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to deal closure, ensuring an impeccable client experience. brParticipate in the organization of and represent the company at luxury events, international fairs, roadshows, and private presentations. brPrepare regular commercial reports and market analyses for senior management. brCoordinate with marketing and communications on the execution of campaigns and materials targeting HNWI/UHNWI audiences. brMaintain an active network of referrals and external collaborators, ensuring maximum confidentiality and full brand alignment. brContribute to the continuous improvement of La Zagaleta's international commercial strategy by providing market intelligence and identifying strategic opportunities. Qualification and Experience: brEducation: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or training in luxury management is a plus). brExperience: Minimum of 7–10 years in business development or sales roles involving prime assets (real estate, private banking, investments, or luxury). brProven track record of relationships within private banking, family offices, investment circles, and high-net-worth networks. brLanguages: English and Spanish required; additional languages are an asset (French, German, Russian, Arabic).
