Own a personal origination pipeline from sourcing to closing (end-to-end deal execution).Be the first point of contact for prospective clients and guide them through a consultative sales process for ground lease buyouts.Consistently hit monthly/quarterly/annual targets, managing funnel activity and conversion track your origination waterfall (lead → qualified → proposal → negotiation → closing) to keep pipeline healthy and predictable.Work cross-functionally and provide input to improve CRM usage, data mining, lead generation, and client experience.Contribute to strategic initiatives and product/process evolution to stay competitive in the Spanish market.
