As Head of Regional Chains, lead regional commercial strategies with central framework alignment to grow B2B revenue and partner value. You’ll build high-performing teams, use data to improve partner performance, and deepen relationships with major hotel chains. The role combines strategic leadership with governance, change management, and performance oversight to drive sustainable expansion. You’ll contribute to HBX Group’s mission to be a leading global travel services provider by delivering measurable impact across regions.

Responsabilidades
• Strategic commercial leadership with strong financial acumen
• Experience in process governance, operational discipline, and scalable execution
• Strong stakeholder influence and senior-level negotiation skills
• Agile mindset and comfort with xpzdshu change in fast-paced markets
• Ability to translate data into actionable commercial decisions
• 7–10+ years in commercial leadership or related roles
• Experience managing large partnerships and high-stakes negotiations
• Background in travel, hospitality, or B2B industries (preferred)
• Bachelor-level degree in Business/Economics/Tourism or related field
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
