About the role
Technical Account Manager will be the entry point (point of contact) together with Viaccess Project Manager to all requirements and topics raised by Orange Spain and will provide the following services and activities:
1. Technical expertise of Viaccess Orca products including: Session manager TV Console Analytics Related plugins delivered by Viaccess Orca
2. Support Orange Spain with integration related aspects from Ecosystem
3. Technical management on Viaccess Orca products including:
4. Root cause analysis
5. Escalation to Viaccess Orca experts such as DBA, R&D, Products etc.
6. Regular issues / ticket follow-up:
7. Customer Follow-up Prepare and provide training or technical presentation to customer on Viaccess Orca products and services Share and propose recommendations to improve the service related to Viaccess Orca components and its integrations. Participation on regular meeting with customer (weekly, Daily etc.) and also together with other vendors led by Orange Spain to support Orange Spain managing the activity smoothly Provide Monitoring reports “health check” reports on regular basis.

10. Knowledgable in Linux, Web technologies, application servers, databases and networks
