As a true brand ambassador, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and building long-term relationships with a demanding clientele.Your mission: deliver an exceptional client experience while elevating the image of Messika.POSITION'S MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver an outstanding, personalized client experience by exceeding expectations.Advise clients on jewelry pieces tailored to their style, needs, and preferences.Master and apply the Maison’s selling techniques and Selling Ceremony.Share the story, heritage, and values of the brand with each client interaction.Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.Proactively develop and retain a loyal client portfolio through strong follow-up.Accurately use and update CRM tools and client database.Act as a brand ambassador both in-store and during external events.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure the highest standards of visual merchandising and product presentation.Support stock management, replenishment, and organization.Provide refined and elegant packaging in line with Maison standards.Maintain a pristine, welcoming, and luxury boutique environment at all times.Experience & Skills Required:A first experience in retail, ideally in fine jewelry or luxury environments.Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high-pressure environment.Positive energy and genuine desire to work with people.Passion for the brand and a selling environment.Intellectual curiosity and passion for continuous learning.Additional language skills are a plus.Passionate about luxury.Knowledge of competing houses’ collections and the latest trends.Understanding and application of stock management procedures.
