By partnering with over 1,500 organizations, they aim to create equitable access to economic opportunities while delivering measurable ROI for businesses.Responsibilities of the role:- Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-impact LLM and AI solutions for enterprise clients.- Manage the full ML project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to deployment, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.- Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and actionable plans for LLM-based initiatives.- Direct resource allocation and risk mitigation, using data-driven adjustments to ensure milestone achievement.- Facilitate solution design and technical feasibility assessments in collaboration with research and product stakeholders.- Resolve technical blockers and manage dependencies while championing best practices for scalable AI systems.Requirements of the role:- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.- 4+ years’ experience delivering ML or data-driven software projects in industry, including planning, execution, and delivery.- 2+ years’ experience managing end-to-end engineering projects;
experience specificallywith LLMs or NLP projects is a strong plus.- Hands-on familiarity with contemporary ML and software engineering tools (Python, git, Docker);
comfortable discussing technical tradeoffs.- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies in software or ML-focused teams.- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities, including with non-technical audiences.
