It aims to develop and promote advanced life science tools for future healthcare by providing real-time, comprehensive, life-long solutions.Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Field Service Engineer to provide both onsite and remote service and support for our customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot and maintain Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) instruments, ensuring optimal system performance.
