Role Description The Technical Project Engineer will participate for specific project deployment, and he/she performs the installation, the upgrade, the database manipulation & other technical tasks linked to our GestLab Solutions. The Project Engineer will work closely with Clinisys customers and be involved in multiple LIS GestLab projects. Responsibilities
Technical installation & Upgrade of GestLab products. ETL (Extraction, Transformation and Loading of data) Activities Integrate GestLab with external applications and instruments including the configuration of the HL7 messaging & the communications through sockets. Database (Oracle or/and Firebird) Manipulation Ensure that the progress of all assigned project tasks is accurate, up-to-date, and that work is recorded correctly and timely in accordance with the company\'s internal procedure. Work closely with Project Manager / Customer Service Manager, offering recommendations and identifying technical risks with the Project Manager Preparation of project related documentation. Take responsibility for all technical aspects of assigned tasks. As well as acting as the interface with customers to gather user requirements, you will be responsible for the management of enhancements and upgrades. Perform assigned tasks in accordance with project plan, budget, and customer satisfaction. Propose product and service improvements to the Project Manager / Customer Service Manager to improve delivery time and quality. Escalate potential issues to the Project Manager or Customer Service Manager Propose improvements of internal procedures, helping to increase organizational efficiency. Feedback to the technical writer to provide and/or improve technical documentation. Prepare a service report for each intervention on the client, as well as monitoring client acceptance and sending the corresponding documentation to the administration department. Ensure that internal information systems contain the required product license records, as well as provide product licenses to customers. Attend internal and client-led project meetings with the Project Manager, as appropriate. Build and maintain a good relationship with the client, ensuring an increase in overall customer satisfaction. Travel across Spain and internationally when required. Skills and Qualifications

Descripción del Rol El Ingeniero Técnico de Proyectos participará en la implementación de proyectos específicos y realizará la instalación, la actualización, la manipulación de la base de datos y otras tareas técnicas relacionadas con nuestras Soluciones GestLab. Trabajará estrechamente con los clientes de Clinisys y participará en múltiples proyectos LIS de GestLab. Funciones Esenciales Instalación técnica y actualización de los productos de GestLab. Realizar las tareas asignadas de acuerdo con el plan del proyecto, estimaciones de tiempo y la satisfacción del cliente. Proponer mejoras de productos y servicios al Gerente de Proyecto/Gerente de Servicio al Cliente para optimizar los plazos de entrega y la calidad. Escalar posibles problemas al Gerente de Proyecto o al Gerente de Servicio al Cliente. Proponer mejoras en los procedimientos internos, contribuyendo así a una mayor eficiencia organizativa. Retroalimentación al redactor técnico para proporcionar o mejorar la documentación técnica. Elaborar un informe de servicio para cada intervención con el cliente, así como supervisar la aceptación del cliente y enviar la documentación correspondiente al departamento de administración. Asegurarse de que los sistemas de información internos contengan los registros de licencias de producto necesarios y proporcionar licencias de producto a los clientes. Asistir a reuniones de proyecto internas y dirigidas por el cliente con el Gerente de Proyecto, según corresponda. Construir y mantener una buena relación con el cliente, garantizando un aumento en su satisfacción general. Disponibilidad para viajar nacional e internacional según necesidades de manera organizada
