Offer Description
The candidate will carry out their work in the field of positron emission tomography (PET), contributing to the design, construction, and optimization of next-generation PET detection systems. Their tasks will include:
* Development and characterization of modular PET detectors with ultra-high temporal and spatial resolution.
* Integration of data acquisition and processing electronics, focusing on low-cost and low-power solutions.
* Implementation of statistical and artificial intelligence algorithms for signal processing and image quality enhancement.
* Participation in validation experiments of the developed detectors, applied to the tracking of nanoparticles in in vitro and preclinical models.
