Position Overview:
Are you passionate about helping people and fluent in French? We’re on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our international team in Barcelona. Whether working from our modern office or combining home and office days, you\'ll provide top-notch support to French-speaking customers, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience every time.
Your Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from French-speaking customers
* Assist customers with product or service-related questions and offer effective solutions
* Resolve issues quickly and professionally, always aiming for customer satisfaction
* Accurately log customer interactions using internal systems
* Coordinate with other departments (e.g. logistics, tech support, sales) to solve more complex requests
* Stay informed about company policies, updates, and procedures
* Achieve personal and team goals related to customer service quality and efficiency
What You Bring:

* Fluent French speaker (C2 level) – both written and spoken
* Good command of English (B2 or above)
* Experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus, but not required
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A solution-oriented mindset with patience and empathy
* Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce)
* Valid EU work permit or visa to work in Spain

Working Hours:
40 hours per week
