As UX & Design Director, you will own the UX vision, design quality, and visual consistency across B2C and B2B digital experiences, with a strong focus on e-commerce performance, brand storytelling, and scalable design systems.

This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on design oversight, and operational excellence. You won't just design, you'll define standards, guide execution, and ensure quality from concept to live product.
Deliver a modern, conversion-optimized, and brand-driven digital experience across B2C and B2B, by building a strong UX operation, elevating design quality, and aligning user experience with business growth, including high-profile collaborations.
UX & Product Experience (B2C & B2B)Define and own the global UX vision for and related B2B digital platforms.Review, refine, and elevate UX/UI proposals with quality tweaks, brand alignment, and CRO focus.Oversee post-implementation QA and UX debugging (layout issues, responsiveness, usability flaws).Design Direction & Brand ConsistencyOwn the visual language and design system across B2C, B2B, CRM, campaigns, and partnerships.Ensure brand storytelling is consistently expressed through layout, imagery, and hierarchy.Supervise logos, imagery, and visual assets across projectsAct as final design quality gate before implementation.
Define UX and visual standards for B2B journeys (wholesale, partners, distributors).Oversee design of B2B marketing and sales materials (digital and print).Ensure consistency between B2B brand expression and B2C experience, while respecting different user needs.
Design Operations & WorkflowStructure and optimize Figma workflows, libraries, and handoffs.Build scalable processes between design, development, marketing, and B2B teams.Document UX decisions, standards, and best practices.
Lead and mentor designers (and potentially grow the design team).Collaborate closely with Growth, CRM, SEO, Content, and B2B teams to align UX with performance goals.Translate business objectives into clear UX and design priorities.
4+ years of experience in UX/UI, digital design, or product design, with leadership exposure.~ Strong background in e-commerce UX.~ Excellent command of Figma (components, systems, collaboration workflows).~ Solid understanding of CRO, usability, and performance-driven design.~ Strong visual design foundations: typography, layout, hierarchy, branding.~ Ability to debug UX/UI issues post-implementation.
