 
        
        5! That's the number of manufacturing lines you'll be supporting as Process Engineer at Sandoz, Palafols. You’ll be the leading reference point for the Production department. 
- You’ll have cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders, who you will be able to inform, guide and influence. In this differing and engaging role, you’ll participate in various projects which will expand your expertise and help you provide support to the Engineering and Production business areas.- Sandoz Palafols is located around 80km outside of central Barcelona. 
**Your responsibilities include, but not limited to**: 
Lead technical investigations with RCI methodologies 
- Participation in projects to improve the production unit 
- Connection of the department with the maintenance and engineering teams of the plant 
- Supervision and coordination of services performed by external companies 
- Implementation of CAPAS and continuous improvement actions detected**What you’ll bring to the role**: 
Project management skills with a background in industrial engineering or chemistry. 
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment with a deep understanding of aseptic processes. The ability to resolve incidents working in multidisciplinary teams. action oriented. Analytical thinking skills with curiosity, pro activity and interest in continuous improvement

**Minimum requirements** 
**Education**: 
Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering or Chemistry**Languages**: 
Advanced level English, written and oral with confident communication and influencing skills 
- Spanish written and oral skills advantageous**Experiences**: 
Project Management experience 
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment 
- Knowledge and experience specifically in an aseptic manufacturing environment 
- Experience influencing and imparting expertise with differing stakeholders. 
- Experience in multidisciplinary research and methodologies (RCI)**Desirable**: 
Proficient user of SAP and 1QEM
