We are looking for new teleoperators with advanced level of English and Spanish to handle customer service calls and reservation management for a major airline company. The position starts on 16/06/2025.
What do we offer?
* Salary between €963 (25 hours) and €1,502 (39 hours) gross per month (including language bonus).
* Option to choose a daily schedule of 25, 30, 35, or 39 hours per week.
* Temporary contract of 3 months with real possibilities of continuity, with the first month as a trial period.
* Work schedule from Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off per week and two free weekends per month, in morning, afternoon, or split shifts. Schedules assigned after training.
* In-person training from 16/06/2025 to 15/07/2025, from 8:00 to 15:00, with a €10 gross/day attendance bonus. This training prepares you for the job.
* Work modality: On-site (hybrid mode possible after training and learning curve).

Requirements
* Advanced level of English (minimum C1).
* Advanced level of Spanish.
* Good communication skills, proficiency in computer applications, and although experience is not required, professional background in customer service is valued.
* Residency in Seville or ability to work onsite at our Seville hub (Los Remedios area).

June 16, 2025.
