The Role
We are looking for an Integration Consultant to join our dynamic team. Ideally, the candidate will have experience on Boomi or Hana Cloud Integration (SCPI) as well as database management, Java, and knowledge of web technologies (especially JavaScript, Groovy, HTML5 standards). Any knowledge of SAP HCM or SuccessFactors would be highly valuable. The successful individual will be a strong corporate citizen with a passion for delivering excellence.
Responsibilities
 * Obtain knowledge of technologies such as Boomi, SCPI, and PtP (ECP)
 * Onboard new customers
 * Participate in sessions to discuss customer requirements or issues
 * Share estimates and planning of the work with customers
 * Adapt and parameterize the technical solution for the provided requirements
 * Resolve issues within SLA’s and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
 * Monitor processes to ensure 100% ratio of successful transactions
 * Implement new solutions (interfaces)
 * Perform unit tests and system integration tests
 * Support the client on the functioning of the interface
 * Work on multiple projects simultaneously
 * Ensure proper deployment of the solution (development, test, and production)
 * Maintain up-to-date documentation of the interfaces
 * Collaborate with other Strada teams to deliver customer‑related activities
 * Handle customer micro‑management activities (priorities, release, SFTP, CR’s, meetings…)
 * Identify risks or potential issues for your customer and inform the right people (ITCAM, TL)
 * Communicate with your team lead (issues, escalations, risks, informational…)
Requirements
 * Information Technology Certificate of Higher Education
 * English level: First (B1) Minimum
 * Good written and oral communication and presentation skills
 * Strong organizational/time management and negotiation skills
 * Experience working as part of a virtual team
 * Demonstrates high professional standards and is a team player
 * A high level of customer focus to support our vision of client satisfaction
 * Flexibility and patience in working in a dynamic/challenging environment
 * Excellent analytical skills
 * Stakeholder management experience and expertise
Desirable
 * Information Technology Bachelor's degree
 * Significant experience managing multiple projects (preferably involving cloud‑based solutions)
 * Boomi knowledge and experience
 * SCPI knowledge and experience
 * Prior experience as an HR generalist or technical role
 * Any other European language
