Responsabilities:
- Manage small projects, governance tasks, and vendor relationships.
- Oversee incidents, maintenance requests, and problem resolution.
- Ensure continuous improvements and process optimizations.
- Act as the first point of escalation for operational challenges.
- Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (general role with an international team).
- 5+ years experience, including:
- 2+ years with Salesforce exposure.
- 1+ year in a tech or business support role.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Ability to define and improve operational processes.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Business experience bridging Tech & Business Operations.
- Certifications: Salesforce Admin, ITIL.
Work Modality & Location:
