About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated
Inside Sales Representative
fluent in
Dutch and English
to join our on-site sales team in Málaga. In this role, you will engage with business clients, identify sales opportunities, and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs. You’ll play a key part in driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively contact new and existing business clients via phone, email, or video calls.
Identify sales opportunities and present relevant products and services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling.
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2 level or higher) – written and spoken.
Proven experience in B2B or inside sales, preferably within a digital or tech environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Goal‑oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong problem‑solving skills and a results‑driven mindset.
Ability to work on‑site in Málaga full‑time (Monday to Friday).
