Your role at Cheil: CRO Specialist

What we are looking for?

We seek a data-driven and proactive CRO Specialist to lead Conversion Rate Optimization and personalization initiatives for Samsung Spain & Portugal. This role goes beyond execution — you’ll take ownership of the full CRO process, from idea to implementation, and play a key role in driving performance across the entire e-commerce funnel. You’ll collaborate closely with data analysts, UX/UI teams, developers, media, and CRM to deliver impactful, scalable experiences that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end CRO projects, from ideation to testing and implementation (overseeing the CRO developer work), ensuring continuous performance optimization.
Translate user behavior insights into high-impact personalization strategies.
Define and manage personalized experiences in Adobe Target across key stages of the funnel (Homepage, PLP, PDP, Cart, Checkout).
Work closely with Samsung’s Spain and Portugal teams to align CRO efforts with business objectives and maximize campaign impact. As well as working with the global team to come up with joint activities.
Foster collaboration across internal teams (UX, Dev, Media, CRM, Data) to ensure strategic consistency and operational excellence.
Identify and develop scalable CRO opportunities, ensuring a minimum of annual activations for both markets.
Collaborate with the Data team to extract insights that inform CRO hypotheses, while independently managing CRO activity reporting using Adobe Analytics and presenting results to the client.
Work hand in hand with the data team to continuously deliver regular updates on CRO activities, campaign results, and performance trends.
Maintain and update the CRO Playbook to document all test outcomes, learnings, and best practices across both markets.
Reporting to: Head of Performance.

Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, ideally within an e-commerce or digital agency environment.
Solid understanding of personalization tools (especially Adobe Target), A/B testing, and performance measurement.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data insights into CRO strategies, and independently build performance reports to support decision-making
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, including UX, dev, CRM, paid media, and data analytics.
Comfortable managing client relationships, with experience presenting results, roadmaps, and strategic proposals.
Knowledge of web analytics platforms (GA4, ContentSquare, etc.) and testing platforms.
Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on e-commerce projects for global brands.
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Familiarity with customer journey mapping and behavioral segmentation.
Previous involvement in omnichannel and CRM-integrated personalization initiatives.
Passion for continuous improvement and staying up-to-date on CRO trends, tools, and best practices.

Timetable from Monday to Thursday from 09.00-18.15 and Fridays from 09.00-15.00. July and August, we have an intensive working day, Monday to Friday from 8:00 - 15:00.

We are located in Alcobendas and we have a direct bus service, 100% free, with departures from Plaza Castilla, Chamartín and Nuevos Ministerios to our offices.
