We are looking for a Research Technician to support the Innovation in Respiratory Infections and Tuberculosis research group.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Participation in laboratory tasks, especially cell culture and assessment of the impact of external factors on host-pathogen interactions. Play an active role in various projects within the research line.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* Degree in a health-related discipline
* Master's studies in Microbiology
EXPERIENCE
* Previous participation in national and/or international research consortiums
* Proven experience with microbiology, preferably in assessing external factors (e.g., tobacco, diesel, microplastics) in host-pathogen interactions
* Experience with tissue and bacterial culture, flow cytometry, and confocal microscopy
* Experience with data repository management (e.g., REDCap, Castor)
COMPETENCES
* Excellent organizational skills
* Good knowledge of English
* Availability to travel
* Flexible attitude and ability to work independently

* 6-month full-time temporary contract (39h/week)
* Salary based on experience and qualifications, paid in 12 installments
