We are looking for Dutch-speaking Content Moderators who are detail-oriented and capable of making fair, rational decisions while reviewing online content. In this role, you will help ensure that platform content follows community standards and marketplace guidelines.

What You'll Do
* Review and moderate user-generated content and listings in Dutch
* Ensure platform content complies with community guidelines and policies
* Identify and remove non-compliant or inappropriate content
* Make objective moderation decisions using local market knowledge
* Maintain accuracy and productivity when handling large moderation queues
* Support platform integrity during high-volume promotional periods
What We're Looking For
* C1/C2 Dutch (mandatory)
* English B2 or higher
* Strong analytical and moderation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
* Ability to make rational and fair decisions in a fast-paced environment
* Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail
* Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces
Work Schedule
24/7 Rotational Shifts (Monday – Sunday)
Shift options:
07:00 – 16:00
14:00 – 23:00
22:30 – 07:30
Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
Salary & Benefits
* Base Salary: €1,100 gross × 14 months
* Attendance Bonus: €100/month × 11 months
* Meal Allowance: €7.63/day
