About the Role:
The role involves resolving employee conflicts in collaboration with HR Managers, managing internal communication channels, and overseeing overall employee relations processes.
Requirements:
Potential candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Law or Human Resources Management
* 5 – 6 years of experience in Employee Relations
* Strong knowledge of labor laws, work regulations, GOSI, and other relevant HR legislation
* Extensive experience in conducting investigations
* Experience in managing grievances and conflict situations
* Significant experience in handling disciplinary action processes
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English
