Additionally, contributing to the efficiency and optimization of talent operations, ensuring streamlined processes and continuous improvement in alignment with organizational goals. /ppbr/ppbYour main responsibilities: /b /ppbr/pullibVisit client points of sale: /bFollow a predetermined route to visit designated clients, ensuring consistent presence and dedicated attention at each point of sale. /lilibShelf Space Optimization: /b Maximize the available shelf space to ensure an effective and attractive product display, driving both sales and brand visibility. /lilibSetups and Implementations: /b Carry out setups and implementations according to the provided guidelines, ensuring a consistent and attractive presentation of products at the point of sale. /lilibNegotiation of Displays and Product Listing: /b Negotiate display and listing agreements with point-of-sale managers to ensure optimal product placement and increased visibility within the commercial space. /lilibMarket Information Gathering: /b Collect relevant market information, including consumer trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities, to inform commercial and marketing strategies. /lilibReporting: /b Prepare periodic reports on point-of-sale performance, including sales data, effectiveness of display strategies, and observations on competitors and the market overall. /lilibCustomer Service: /b Proactively and efficiently address any issues at the point of sale, such as out-of-stock products, problems with promotional signage, or space constraints, thereby ensuring an optimal customer experience. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbSkills and competencies: /b /ppbr/ppbBackground /b /pulliBachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or related. /liliPrevious Experience in Commercial Negotiation. /liliExperience in the Food Industry or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). /liliB2 Level English. /li /ulpbr/ppbCompetences: /b /pullibStrong Communication and Negotiation Skills: /b Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external. /lilibDynamic and Organized Personality: /b Looking for a dynamic, proactive, and organized individual, capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. /lilibKnowledge of the Market and Food Products: /b This includes understanding market trends, consumer preferences, and the competition, as well as having detailed knowledge of the products offered by the company. /lilibAnalytical Skills: /bStrong analytical ability is essential to interpret sales data and market trends.
