Job Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain Android mobile devices for retail divisions, including Personal Shoppers and handheld computers from Zebra, Honeywell, & Datalogic.
* Design, implement, and optimize business solutions and applications for mobile devices, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
* Gather and document business requirements, translating needs into technical specifications.
* Create and maintain technical documentation.
* Assess solutions continuously, identify and mitigate risks, organize penetration tests, and participate in system testing and deployments.
* Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders on solutions and systems.
Candidate Requirements
* Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is essential.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Familiarity with Agile and other project management methodologies.
* Experience with Mobile Device Management tools (e.g., SOTI Mobicontrol) and Android application development is preferred.
* Languages: Spanish, German, or other European languages are a plus.
* Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript and Python is advantageous.
* Understanding of networks and infrastructure is desirable.
* ITIL and/or project management certifications are a plus.
