Are you a data‐driven strategist with a passion for pricing, market analysis, and revenue growth? We're seeking a Pricing and Analysis Manager to lead our pricing strategy, guide a team of analysts, and collaborate across departments to maximize profitability and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Pricing Development: Design and implement pricing strategies aligned with business goals, market conditions, and customer value.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research to assess pricing trends, competitor positioning, and customer behavior.
Pricing Model Creation: Build and maintain pricing tools, frameworks, and discount structures to support strategic decisions.
Cross‐Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure pricing consistency and alignment.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze pricing metrics such as revenue, margin, and elasticity to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities.
Revenue Optimization: Recommend pricing adjustments, bundling strategies, and value‐added services to enhance profitability.
Sales Support: Assist in developing pricing proposals and negotiating contracts while balancing revenue goals and client satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Product Profitability Assessment: Work with product and finance teams to evaluate pricing tiers and optimize portfolio performance.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to pricing regulations and industry standards.
Candidate Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, or related roles.
Strong proficiency in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and financial techniques.
Experience with pricing software and BI tools (e.G., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a data‐driven mindset and ability to translate insights into action.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proven leadership experience with a track record of building high‐performing teams.
Knowledge of pricing compliance and industry best practices.
Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, evolving environment.
