Experteer Overview In this role you will lead a store department to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and brand standards. You’ll coach a Sales Advisor team, ensure effective onboarding, and collaborate with the Store/Concession Manager to optimise performance. You act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, balancing service excellence with operational efficiency.
