Customer Service Representative (Danish) - RELOCATION TO GREECE
We are seeking dedicated professionals who are willing to relocate to Greece - we provide a relocation package!
We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Greece included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Greek employer.

About the Project
You will be supporting Danish-speaking clients of Netflix, an American subscription video on-demand over‑the‑top streaming service. The service primarily distributes original and acquired films and television shows from various genres, and it is available internationally in multiple languages.
Your Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries
* Troubleshoot and resolve streaming issues
* Provide information on subscription plans
* Assist with account management and billing
* Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher‑level support teams
Requirements
* Fluent level of Danish language (at least C1)
* Good level of English language (at least B2)
* Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
* Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)
* Be open to a permanent relocation to Greece - with our excellent relocation package!

* 14 salaries per year
* Performance Bonus up to 20% of the base salary
