Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and oversee kitchen operations with a focus on international cuisine.
•Create, plan, and execute menus that highlight authentic regional flavors
•Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
•Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain efficient workflows and hygiene standards
•Work closely with management on cost control, inventory, and supplier coordination
•Contribute to seasonal menu development and continuous culinary innovation
Candidate Requirements:
•Proven experience as a chef specializing in international cuisine
•Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
•Previous experience in high-end or fine dining restaurants
