Job Description As a legal counsel, you'll play a pivotal role in building Plug and Play's presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This dynamic role will challenge you with a wide range of corporate, venture capital, and technology law matters. You'll work closely with our global legal team, gaining expertise in a fast-paced, international environment.
Responsibilities Negotiate and draft sophisticated agreements and transactions for corporate partnerships, venture capital investments, and more.
Partner with our EMEA business teams to provide legal guidance and support across our 30 offices.
Build relationships with international corporations, governments, startup founders, and attorneys.
Stay ahead of the curve by conducting legal research and staying informed on evolving legal landscapes across different jurisdictions.
Be a trusted advisor and join a collaborative and supportive legal team that works closely with all areas of the company.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB/JD) from a recognized European or US law school.
4–6 years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department.
Proven experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Experience in preparing, managing, and evaluating Request for Proposal (RFP) processes.
Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in German or French is a significant plus.
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, actionable advice.
